ENJOY GUIDED ATLAS 3 DAY TOUBKAL TREK FROM MARRAKECH IN MARRAKECH PRIVATE EXCURSION
Our most difficult trek, Atlas Ironman is a challenge, even for experienced and in-
shape trekkers. Reaching eight of the Atlas Mountains’s highest peaks in just three days, either you will conquer the Atlas, or the Atlas will conquer you.
Everyone who completes this journey is awarded an official “Atlas Ironman” prize. Note: This trek begins early in the morning from Imlil, so it is best to arrive in Imlil from Marrakech at least one day before you begin this journey. This is an extremely difficult journey with more than 9 hours of hiking per day.
We organize Toubkal Ascent at 4167m on two days climb the tallest mountain in North Africa.
3 DAY TOUBKAL TREKKING TOUR
DAY 1: IMLIL –
TOUBKAL REFUGE – TOUBKAL WEST – TOUBKAL SUMMIT – IMOUZZER – TOUBKAL REFUGE
Atlas Mountains trip from Marrakech with “Atlas Mountain Hiking” offers you Toubkal trekking experience and we depart early in the morning from our guesthouse in Imlil (1840m) After traditional breakfast. Trek from Imlil to Armed then cross the river and continue to Sidi Chamharouch and then continue further on to our mountain refuge and break for mint tea there. After the break, we head to the highest peak in North Africa – the Toubkal Summit (4167m), visiting Toubkal West (4030m) on the journey. When we reach the Toubkal Summit, we will break for a packed lunch on top of the Atlas, enjoying the incredible view. After lunch, we take a different route down the mountain, visiting Imouzzer peak (4010m) and Tibheirine (3887m), and finally arriving back at the mountain refuge for the night.
DAY 2: TOUBKAL REFUGE –
TIZI MEEOUL – MOUNT TISKIN – TIMEZGUIDA – RAS – AKIOUS – MOUNTAIN REFUGE
The Trekking starting early hours of the day, we climb to Tizi Melloul Pass, ascending to Mount Tiskin (3998m), where we have a beautiful view of Lake Ifni and Amsuzart Valley. We head to the Tizi Ougan Pass from where we climb to the summit of Mount Timezguida (4089m) and Mount Ras (4083m). Here we will break for pictures and enjoy the views of Toubkal and the High Atlas. After the break, we will trek the ridge to Mount Akious (4030m) and then descend down from Amghrase Nigloau to our mountain refuge for the night.
DAY 3: TOUBKAL REFUGE –
TADAT – TINKHARARIN – TAZARHART REFUGE – IMLIL
Begin with an ascent Mount Tadat (3837m), and further ascend to Mount Tinhararin (4000m). At this peak, we will break to enjoy the view of the High Atlas, Marrakech, and Lake Takrkouste. Then, we descend down to Tazarhart Refuge (3000m). We will hike to Tizi Ntizikert (3000m), then begin to descend down a small path to Armed Village, and from there returning to our guesthouse in Imlil, where you can rest for the night or return to Marrakech.
